(1) Protein

Fish, meat, cheese, milk, eggs – try to keep at least one of these on your diet every day. Guava, lemon, orange, pineapple, kamaranga, green chillies contain sufficient amount of vitamin C. Helps to grow and regrow your hair.

(4) Blackberries

Blackheads are helpful for new hair growth. Using black cumin oil on the head and using black cumin in food gives very good results.

Some general care

1. Regularly keep hair clean and combed. But extra combing increases hair fall.

2. Apply onion juice on the hair roots and keep it for 10 minutes If used regularly, new hair will grow.
